With the worldwide pandemic and the digital revolution in online education, a growing number of individuals are turning to online courses and education. International programs, however, constitute a language barrier for certain Indians who are not competent enough to attend German courses. Similar course platforms in native language provide an overwhelming user experience and serve as a marketplace for courses that do not provide a clear learning path. As a result, many potential users abandon their journey before they ever begin due of these hurdles.
challenge
The task was to design a website with a demo classes, a call-to-action (CTA) and to include registration and payment process. CTAs must be easily accessible.
The selected idea was that it should have a sense of nostalgia while still being compassionate. The design was also intended to be minimal, with Saffron serving as one of the primary colors. To meet all of these goals, the design should likely employ simplicity to show kindness.
design process
Given the scope of this project, I opted against creating a distinct stage for testing. Instead, testing and feedback would be collected practically immediately after each stage, in a more agile way.
Of course, we intended to have more distinct wireframe testing and hi-fi prototype testing at the conclusion of the project. I started with the Design Thinking Framework and tweaked it a bit. In the end, I separated my design approach into four primary parts.
research plan - background
